The food was ok, the usual lobster, clams and stuff.
Great service and excellent food. We went on their last day open before closing for the season..so glad we went!
However, their steamed mussels were delicious. The are smoked too. I think I regretted not eating a full plate instead.
When we finally got seated, it took about 30 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us. Of course she was sorry but she went past us a couple of times and we were not invisible.
Service slow, food good, view beautiful, outdoor seating nice will still return. Early in the season visit so maybe staff and kitchen will get better with more experience, as menu states it is not "fast food" ☺

Went there for breakfast this morning. There were four of us and we all ordered something different. Portions were good and the food was tasty and *not* greasy. Waitress was very friendly and prompt. Will definitely go there again.
This is a fairly typical Maine beach seafood place. For the most part, the fried seafood is about par for any local place. The baked haddock is excellent and the prime rib is very good. It's not cheap and you don't get a lot of food for the price. The tossed salad is straight out of the bag and the fries are standard frozen fries. The onion rings are really good. Service is "variable". Mostly it's good, friendly and accommodating. I avoid the male waitperson because he's just a bit over the top for me. One of our favorites is Savannah- sweet and very efficient. We are locals so we see this place when it's busy and when it's not. On Fridays and Saturdays in the Summer, don't expect immediate seating or fast food delivery. We've had several issues with food and incorrect bills but the folks have always fixed the problem to our satisfaction. We like it here. It's not 5-star but it IS a seaside seafood joint. And the beer is cold.
